Gender Diversity Workshops

This 2.5-hour workshop is divided into three interactive components: gender identity, gender expression, and LGBTQIA+ inclusivity. It is designed for caregivers, teachers, health providers, partners, and friends of transgender and gender diverse individuals of all ages. The course covers inclusive language, gender identity, and gender expression, with specific topics such as pronouns, gender euphoria and dysphoria, cisnormativity and privilege, and types of gender expressions.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for coming out and creating a safe  space for our young people to be open around conversations on gender diversity and inclusivity. The conversations that opened up as a result of your workshop were so positive. The feedback we received from the young people was how they feel more connected to their peers now within an open safe space is  fantastic.

We were very fortunate to have Sage give a presentation to staff and students on Gender diversity and Inclusivity. Sage presented in a way that was fun and  engaging but educational at the same time. I am sure many of us at Alesco will now feel more confident and capable of supporting our gender diverse students, and I thank Sage so much for sharing  knowledge and experiences with us. We will definitely be inviting them back to our campus again.

Friends & Family Workshop

I attended the Gender Inclusivity & Diversity Workshop. Sage was super welcoming and made my friends and I feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment that we arrived. Not only did Sage present lots of important and interesting information during the workshop, they also had many conversation starters that got the group thinking and discussing topics that triggered many light bulb moments for all.
